This site can’t be reached via custom hostname

Here is my current setup.

Version number: 446
Server version: Apache/2.4.37 (Ubuntu)
Server built:   2018-10-28T15:26:37
Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS
I follow the https://tinycp.com/knowledge-base/show/secure-tinycp-over-ssl-on-custom-port-new,4.html 
however when I access https://panel.domain:xxxx/web/domains/domain;panel.domain/
I am getting This site can’t be reached
Here are my current settings

Please note: I was able to get to this point if I access using IP http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8080
However, if I am using the panel.domain.tld. I cannot, I am getting This site can’t be reached

Am I missing a small detail here ?

Yes, i did. It is working. However if i go to subdomain which is my host name. I am getting the reported message.
