TinyCp version: 2.152.0
I created proxy from /adminer to http://localhost:9000, but when i open http://mydomain.tld/adminer, then i got 404.
It happend on nginx and apache2.

"From URL" and "To URL" should ends with slash ( / )
Next update the TinyCP will add slashes at end when are missing and some other issues.
Anyway thx for bug report. It's fixed in v2.152
