I created the database and user.
When I try to run the installation script, I get the message:
Database_Exception [ 2 ]: mysqli::__construct(): (HY000/1698): Access denied for user ''@'localhost' ~ MODPATH/kohana/database/classes/Kohana/Database/MySQLi.php [ 75 ]
There is a user, password so what's going on?
