In case when panel stop working or you even cannot log in into it use followings tips:
Try restart panel:
/opt/tinycp/bin/tinycp.sh restart
If restart not help, install TinyCP again:
wget http://tinycp.com/download/tinycp-install.sh chmod +x tinycp-install.sh ./tinycp-install.sh
