After installed the tinycp panel in debian 10, I installed nginx and noticed error about Locale (will be displayed in red in the installation window).
The installation will be okay till the end, but it is anyway better to set locales, it is enough to run the following command before to install the packages.
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
sudo locale-gen
