Content Management Systems (CMS) not working

I wanna install CMS software on de Webserver but after installing the CMS system (I tried 'CMS Made Simple' and 'Wordpress') the websites are not working correct. I  seems the css data is not read from the database.
The same installations on aapanel are working but aapanel needs 64 bits software and my server is 32bits so I want to switch to tinycp.

Problem is solved. Reinstalled TinyCP and recreated domain.

What I need to do is when I copy files to var\www\{domainname} use files of tinycp and set owner to ww-admin
