Apologies from a neophyte. I have added a domain to TINYCP but it does not "land" in the default "document root" (/var/www/domain.net). A test index.html file has been placed in the document root. Attempts to bring up "domain.net" via a browser bounce me to the control panel login page. Please advise. Thanks.

Try the developer's suggestion and uninstall from the command line:

(In my case, I started from scratch and had my VPS host reinstall Ubuntu (18.04.2 LTS)).
